Casey Gerry, Pharmaceutical Attorneys Leading in Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Litigation

3 packs of pharmaceuticals

Casey Gerry, based in San Diego, is one of the oldest and most respected plaintiffs and personal injury law firms in California. Our firm policy is to represent individuals, rather than to file class action suits. This policy enables each pharamceutical attorney to focus their efforts on the needs of each individual client.

Gayle Blatt and Wendy Behan, Casey Gerry’s principal pharmaceutical attorney and medical device lawyer, are always available to evaluate claims on behalf of individuals from around the United States who have suffered injury from a dangerous drug or a defective medical device. They work closely with paralegals, and Casey Gerry’s own in-house investigation team.
